WARNING DO NOT GET YOUR TAXES DONE HERE!! What started off as a good experience has turned sour. Aside from his computers being hacked and our information stolen, please make sure to ask him how much he is charging to do your taxes. Without asking us or advising of charges and what he was going to do our bill came out to $550 for what he calls extra work. He never told us what the charges were for. How do you go from $175 to $550 it’s just nuts. I will never go there again, NEVER

I came to see the CPA Mario on a recommendation from a friend a few years back ... I guess this is a little late. lol. I brought my papers to the office early in the tax season and the guy said he would have my taxes ready in about one week. Three weeks go by and no response. Then I find out his computers were hacked. Obviously I went to the office to get my documents back, but it was too packed and I didn't have time. I make an appointment for the following week and tell the receptionist (very rude receptionist btw) that I don't want my taxes done there and I just want my docs back.

I show up at my appointed hour. The guy Mario was working with a client, the receptionist was arranging songs on a playlist with fifty people in the office. I tell her I'm there for my appointment with Mario. She looks annoyed and simply says "okay ... he's with a client right now." Well, tell me something I don't know. Thirty minutes later the man emerges from the office, everyone in the waiting area is angry and he promises to see everyone ... then goes to a "sign in" sheet the receptionist didn't tell me a word about. He calls the next person on the list ... not me.

I inform him that I am there for my appointment with him since the receptionist is still busy with her playlist. A twenty minute argument ensues in which I explain to the guy how an appointment system works: person makes an appointment at a certain time and person is seen at that time. According to the CPA he was no longer going by appointments ... he was seeing people on a first come first serve basis ... well, thank you for the heads up!!!!! Why make an APPOINTMENT THEN?!!!!!!

In something out of the twilight zone, the guy offers to see me at another time and asks if I want an appointment ... I have to pinch myself to make sure I'm still awake!!!! Why the H would I want to make another appointment!!!! He had just told me that he was seeing people on a first come first serve basis and that the appointment system was bs!!!!

I finally tell him I just want my documents and he will never see my face again ... he finally asks for my name and then tells me that he has been working on my taxes. I don't care ... I want my documents back!!! After ten minutes of him not understanding that I don't want him to do any work for me anymore ... he finally tells me to see some lackey in the back. I don't want to be with the people in the lobby and I don't want to talk to the anyone else at the office but I definitely don't want to have to come back.

I go to see the lackey in the back ... who I'm guessing is not much of an upgrade from the receptionist. His name was Robert? or Alejandro? or something like that. Surprisingly this guy at least has some common sense and begins by apologizing for the appointment fiasco. My throat is scorched and he can hear it in my voice so he offers me some water ... I say I'm okay and then he says "please ... let me get you some water, it's the least we can do." Why isn't this guy in the front lobby?!!!! I nod my head and he rushes over to a break room of sorts to fetch me some water.

Five minutes later, this guy has deleted my files from the company computers and then remembers that he himself was working on my taxes. He pulls out a box filled with tax papers and like magic pulls out my documents from some where in the middle ... why is this guy not in the front lobby!!!!! He keeps apologizing for his boss and tells me that I am welcome back anytime and that this is not normally how the guy Mario conducts business ... He hands me an extra sheet of paper with tax questions he had for me ... things I needed to clarify ... I was impressed. He tells me that he had sent me an email which I doubt at first. Once I left the office I did check my email and there it was ... his questions and the reason he was asking them.

I almost went back last year because I still needed a CPA and my friend still recommended Mario, but I found out the guy in the back was no longer there ... I went somewhere else.

I've been with them for 6+ years he's the best and he's true to his word. Busy man but always gets you in no matter what. He's fast and accurate. Nice office friendly well worked staff,. HE ALWAYS RETURNS CALLS THATS FOR CERTAIN, send alot of my friends and family Highly recommended don't let someone or their low rating tell you otherwise 👍👌👏📋📑⏳📲

Filed my income taxes in feb still have not received my refund because they messed up my return. I have called multiple times no one returns my calls they have excuses for everything with no results. Will never come here again they are the worst. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else if you want your return done right.

Mario is a great person .he got hacked with a lot of other CPA's
I have been a faithful client with my business
and my personal taxes with his company , I will continue with him
when I need some thing or a copy of my old taxes for my children's collage he gets them right to me ,I would hate to loose that over a gletch
he had no control over . to you and your staff Mario Gracias for always looking out for your clients best interest sincerly Annette

Horrible experience!
Had all of our information and ignored our calls and messages for about two months. After finally running into him he said he would do the taxes later in the week so we took them back... Do not leave your information with this guy. Not a reliable person.

Filled my taxes on January 28 almost 3 months ago still have not received any thing every time I call they always give me the run around I WILL NEVER GO BACK!! They never have the courtesy to call me back whenever I call and leave a message. Its very frustrating don't recommend this place will never ever go back

Every year theres more and more problems with marios service and now i cant even get a hold of Mario to try and get the paperwork I need done to fix my issues seems like he just doesnt care about his clients anymore only worried about getting his own money
