Kyle is an exceptional realtor and any buyer or seller would be lucky to have him. We started as prospective buyers with Kyle. We can be a TAD picky so we saw many homes. Kyle never wavered. Was always there to show the home and would call out key considerations within home if we were to buy. He was only a text/call away, constant communication at all times. As the Columbus buyers market is super competitive right now, he did a great job consulting us on our offer, ensured we were always comfortable with our terms, and would get our offer in timely while also being accommodating to our schedule. After we offered on our new home we also decided to sell our existing home and Kyle did a great job providing suggestions on staging and quick improvements we could make on the home before it goes to market to up the value. When it came to closing on the purchase of our home, within weeks of closing, we had an unexpected circumstance that threatened the likelihood of us closing and put my husband and I in a very panicked state. Kyle (once again) stepped up to the plate and handled it like a true professional. Worked directly with many parties to a resolution we were comfortable with, provided resources and many assurances on updates. His team is also extremely helpful and stresses urgency and a get it done attitude. Not only does Kyle thrive during the seamless purchases or sales of homes, he also gets it done when it comes to roadblocks and is in your court every step of the way. He also is a wealth of knowledge as it relates to home improvements and has many contractor resources on speed dial when you need things done as a result of inspection or just aesthetic improvements you want to make on your home. I am serious when I say you would be making a MISTAKE calling anyone else in the central Ohio area to sell your home or buy a new home. Not only did we walk away with a new home, and departing from our old one with an extremely successful sale, but a new friend we so very much appreciate in our lives.

They listened about the features of the house and integrated those thoughts into the home listing. They kept me informed every step of the process and delivered excellent results, even over market priced list price. We tell everyone we know that if they ever need a realtor they would be in the BEST hands to have Kyle! He is very passionate about what he does and it shows. We never realized how important having a good realtor was until we met Kyle. He is so knowledgeable that we were blown away our first walk through with him. He knows what a house should be priced at and has experience with flipping houses so he was able to give us a ton of estimates on how much different fixes/changes would cost. Most importantly he is so trustworthy! There were multiple houses that if we would’ve walked through alone we would’ve probably made an offer but while walking through with Kyle he pointed out things that were falling apart/ would be very costly. He doesn’t just want you to buy a house, he wants you to buy a good house at a fair price! Finally, all of his connections are amazing.
