MY experience with Keller Williams Realty Layton was fabulous!!! My agent was Liz Sears and it didn't take long before SHE HAD MY COMPLETE TRUST!!! She was so experienced and knew how to tackle every issue that was problematic and turn it into a plus! She genuinely cares about making her client feel that they deserve the very best and then she makes it happen!!! She was quick to answer any question and explain things in a way that a novice home buyer might not understand. I loved that about her. Generally speaking, it seems as though Keller Williams is a good company. However, Cheri Johnson with Keller Williams is one of the most shady, dishonest, and unethical realtors across the Wasatch Front. (We've had rental/investment properties in the past, so we've dealt with our fair share of realtors.) Try to avoid dealing with her on either side of a deal. And if you have a realtor representing you, and come in contact with one of her properties that you might be interested in, don't even bother. She totally caters to buyers who don't have an agent. She also doesn't post mls listings or send pictures in a timely manner (should be done within 24 hours of a sign going up in a yard)- unless of course you don't have an agent working for you, then she's allllll about helping you out. Seems as though she only wants what's best for her pocket, and doesn't watch out for the seller or the buyers. She is also known for going around the neighborhoods, getting into other people's business in order to build her own clientele. Very unprofessional. Never have we been more frustrated when working with a realtor.
