Come to get an appointment for my taxes Ashley greeted me on the phone, very funny and Beautiful personality also meant Jackie very funny and witty, and you can talk to her about anything. My appointment with was with Crystal the owner there again very bubbly nothing like. when I usually go get my taxes, in the past, people are very unfriendly and other agencies like H&R Block. The holy parent was fantastic. I stayed an extra 20 minutes just talking to everybody and I heard they have a great show next-door that you should visit as well. Oh, I highly recommend the place a huge five star

This was my second and my last year using this firm. my federal refund was $6000 less than they stated I would receive. they just assumed I made estimated payments which I did not. I paid $415 for an incorrect tax return. Their response was we’re only human.
