Kristian and Heather are the power couple for brokers in the Haymarket area. They are the epitome of everything you could possibly want in a broker, they are well-connected, knowledgeable and professional. ( In fact we were able to get offers the day the house went on the market.) There like ability is what you want in someone representing your home to others. They gave us many helpful suggestions on how to update the property. We followed all of these suggestions and the property looked amazing.

They did a very through market analysis to help determine the selling price. They required a higher percentage point due to the marketing contractor they hired. A professional photographer spent hours taking photographs and they even created a music video for the house. All of this lead to the house selling for 25% above asking price and only 3 days on the market.

I can’t recommend them enough to anyone buying or selling a house.
