Kristi and Jennifer were incredible to work with. We were under a tight time constraint and both went above and beyond to communicate with us and find the perfect home. We faced multiple challenges along the way (not at all because of Kristi) and both kept us grounded and moving forward. Their knowledge of the area and the resources are beyond compare. I would categorize myself as somewhat difficult, but they both answered every question I ad and dealt with each concern. I would DEFINITELY use them again with no hesitation!

I have bought and sold several houses over the last 20 years and this was the absolute worst experience I have ever had. It was as if I was irrelevant and the only purpose I had was to sign forms. I did not receive one phone call, text or email from Kristi during the entire process, up until I had to sign forms. Even then I only dealt with the assistant. Apparently my husband was the only relevant person involved and his decisions were the only ones that mattered. I did not receive a copy of the inspection, offers, or appraisal. I wasn’t even invited to the actual closing. Who does that? Not only did she not spell my name correctly on the closing documents, she had the wrong last name altogether. I was not in agreement with the final offer but rather than discuss this with me, Kristi and her assistant went around me to deal just with my husband again. I have never been treated so poorly in my entire life. Selling a home and relocating is already stressful, but this was damaging to me mentally and emotionally.

An agent listed a home as commercial which was zoned residential .. requested half of my expenses of $1200.00 because she was not obligated.

Realtor misrepresented material facts
Property is tied up in litigation for zoning
Failed to disclose relationship to seller which are her parents
Broker in charge has not replied to my realtor
I will report this agent to real estate commission and file lawsuit unless seller
Pays 1/2 of my expenses for acting based on lies
