Kristi is a great person however the lending experience that was provided to my clients the past three weeks was subpar to say the least. Inefficient work practices with an inability to keep track of needed documentation. Vague and inconsistent answers to basic questions and a few untruths along the way. Sat a closing table on the original closing date for many hours with promises that the documentation was on its way. My clients did not get their new home in time for Christmas. Came to the closing table again, yesterday. Still delayed as my clients still had to wait for documents but thankfully my clients were able to close on their new home. Yes, we made it to the closing table but with very high tensions and a journey that stole the joy out of the process for my clients. I felt extremely embarrassed for having provided the recommendation to use her services as I had only read positive reviews and interacted with her at a social level. The services provided left much to be desired and I would not recommend based upon this experience.

Kristi was absolutely wonderful throughout our entire process of buying a house! The mortgage world/ buying a house can be very intimidating if you don’t know all of the lingo / you’re not in that world, but Kristi never made me feel inferior. She was always there to answer my “dumb questions”, and never made me feel silly for asking. She was very clear, approachable, and AVAILABLE… which is rare these days! I also really loved her website and portal. It was extremely user friendly and made uploading documents for her a breeze! I really do feel like I gained a new friend by using Kristi as my “mortgage girl”!
