Unprofessional. Never answers phone or replys to messages left. Rude when they called to say my daughter had an appointment that afternoon that I said I could not make it to, that they scheduled with my 14 year old daughter. (I was in the waiting room and spoke to someone while I was there and it was not mentioned.)

We take our kids here and they have gotten the most sincere treatment we could ask for. Their staff is very caring and pleasant. We have had zero problems and always get taken care of in a timely manner. We are seen promptly at our appointment times and they are flexible in how to break up treatments or procedures over a schedule convenient to the patient.

I had an emergency with a broken tooth , and nobody would take my insurance but Dr kriebal and he also was able to fit me in , lessen my pain immediately and the extract it .. I highly recommend this practice ad to know I have my forever dentist. He was kind , gentle and wonderful bedside manor... made me feel right as ease no anxiety with this practice!! Thank u so so much..

Dentist in New Bern NC. Dr. Carl Kriebel is not only a great dentist, he is also a good friend to everyone in the community. When he isn't working on improving and restoring smiles, he is volunteering his time as the head coach for one of the best youth wrestling clubs in the state. Supporting this office is a win win for everyone. You'll get the best dental service in the area and this business turns right around and support youth sports in the area.

Dr Kriebel , Will go above and beyond to help you understand your teeth ! Helped me with several issues caused by another dentist ! This Dr takes Medicaid but some of you need to understand Medicaid will only cover the basic dental work ! I need some work done that I will have to pay out of pocket because Medicaid won’t cover it ! Having Teeth and a great smile are very important to me !

My Husband is a TBI with Dementia due to Truma pt and had a tooth break over the weekend. He was in severe pain and needed an emergency extraction. Let me just tell you Kriebel & Associate made all the difference. The environment was friendly and inviting, not to mention the amazing job with extracting my husband's tooth. New pt visit was less than 30 min. I would highly recommend Kriebel for all your density needs and would just like to thank you for all that you did.

He is an artist of the mouth! Wow! Just filled one of my daughters teeth and you couldn't even tell it was a filling! His staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Kriebel is clearly an expert and I trust him to take care of my children's smiles. Also, appointment availability is the best I've seen in the industry!

The Absolute Best! Allowed me to walk in same day and I’m not even a patient in this office. Performed my root canal with no pain and to perfection! Staff was super sweet and didn’t ask about any form of payment until it was time to check out! Thank you, Dr Kriebel
