I was pleasantly surprised by my experience here! The sales gal named Ohriya was very knowledgeable about the products and she was very honest when I asked for her opinion on different frames on me. I really appreciated that! The quality of the frames here are excellent and I was so happy to hear the metals are either stainless steel with real gold coating or titanium. They also replace for free if they get damaged! I can’t wait to be able to get a pair when it’s in my budget

I love Krewe glasses. I have had four sunglasses and one pair of prescription normal glasses. My prescription glasses get so many compliments! Chandler Shea has helped me select glasses multiple times and does a great job of helping you find a pair that suits your style and face.

There is no denying it, these glasses are expensive, but they have a warentiy, and if you are looking for a unique style this is the place to go!

Wow, really bad customer service.
I came in to buy glasses, and instead of being helpful, the staff kept commenting on how bad my eyesight was… as if that’s not the exact reason I’m there! Pretty unprofessional and uncomfortable experience overall. Definitely not coming back.

I have never had anything but a good experience at a Krewe store, but I’ve never felt compelled to review the experience before today. Chandler and Alex are responsible for the best customer service experience of my life! An overzealous TSA agent broke my sunglasses on my way to Austin, so I popped in to see if I could replace mine. They went so above and beyond the call of duty that I will never ever buy sunglasses from any other brand ever again. Thank you so much, Chandler and Alex - I’m writing in your names on the ballot in November!

Krew has become my favorite everyday glasses. Shopping at the south Congress location was easy and convenient. I had such a good experience from Chandler and the team picking out sun glasses, that I went back to get a my frames for eyeglasses as well!

I wish I could give 10 stars. I can’t say enough about the customer service. Chandler and her Krewe always go above and beyond to help find the perfect frames. She always lets me know when new frames are being released that I would like or would compliment me. After my purchases they always follow up with me.

We had a poor shopping experience here. There were three incompetent front end employees who did not know the brand. They were unhelpful in selecting a frame and did not offer try on's. We tried selecting several frames to pick out and were denied. The lady with the red hair is rude to customers and needs to improve her customer service skills. You are working a front end job to serve the customer, KREWE is losing business. We wound up purchasing frames at another store on 2nd Street.
