My wife and I have just passed our first 2 year step in the annuity program that we worked with Kramer Estate Planning to set up. We were in a position to need not Financial Planning but a complete financial, insurance and death benefit package. We were very cautious at first; but with the help of a 60 billion dollar annuity provider and the Kramer team helping us set up the Estate and Options package we have done very well.
We chose them because they are a family operation that has been here for decades, they are close by to visit and to discuss matters as they come up. My parents used them for Estate Planning services. When they both passed away, as Successor Trustee, I called a few days after my dad passed away on Thanksgiving to ask 2-3 very basic, simple, almost generic questions. Their secretary was rude and unkind, never even offering condolences which struck me as odd given their business. She said I would have to come in to ask any questions even though I live across the country. Then she said she would have someone call me back, but a week went by and no one called so I then emailed my questions. No response. 3 days later, I contacted my personal lawyer and accountant and was helped immediately so I let Kramer & Kramer know I no longer needed their "help". I am sure they do a perfectly adequate job as far as front end estate planning services, but be aware that if your beneficiaries or Trustee are out of state, they expect you to fly to Arizona to ask any questions about the estate. I was able to sufficiently verify my identity as Trustee long distance to access my parents out-of-state brokerage accounts, bank accounts, credit card accounts and more, but they will only accept a personal appearance to ask a couple of simple questions that they, in hind site, were not qualified to answer. Good thing I didn't fly across the country to ask them!

Throughout the entire process Jerry with Kramer and Kramer Estate Planning was very warm and compassionate to my 80 year old mother and myself throughout this process.
