Thank you for a job well done. The driver helped with low air in tires to minimize damage to the wheel and helped remove a tag for the seller.
The driver called as requested when he arrived at the drop off address for specific instructions.

My sisters car broke down in a bad area. We called Knights Wrecker Service to tow it. They were there to get her car within 15 minutes of calling. The driver was very professional and kind. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Do not hesitate to call these people when you need help. I had a very quick response with the help my vehicle needed. I was on my way within an hour. These people were polite and friendly.

After our vehicle was towed by our landlord we were told on the phone that they would be 24/7 and we should be able to retrieve our vehicle at any time. This was not true, we went the very next day and no body was at the location after calling them at the location they said they need an hour to 2 hours heads up time. The next day we call first thing in the morning to ensure we can get our vehicle and they then tell us that nobody will be there for another 8 hours. Meanwhile the price to get our vehicle is going up. Even after our 5-8 phone calls with the manager he failed to mention they are cash only... Cash only on 2025 who the hell doesn't accept cards in 2025. The man at the location also had no idea what was going on and was completely clueless.

This was the most infuriating experience of my life.

Originally we weren't upset with the towing at all they were just doing what they were told. The experience in getting our car back was so infuriating it made me upset with them in the end.
