If I could give no stars I would. long story short. I started a C Corp, Kevin did my taxes. I asked him about converting to a LLC he said it would be $500. I didn't have $500. So I said Ill try to do it myself and want advise on how to get it done. He told me not to call him unless I want to do business. Call me Dude..and hung up on me.
