Kirk and Robin are incredible! My wife has used their services a couple of times in the past and suggested we look to them for buying a house when we started searching for a home. Kirk is the epitome of who you'd hope to have as a realtor. He was always quick to answer any questions we had, no matter how trivial or how complex. They were both available at most times throughout the day, and even responded and worked for us beyond what would be expected. Kirk Marchetti is an excellent Realtor. I'm saying this because in my experience with him helping me find a house was so patient with me and I'm a picky person! I looked at so many houses before I found the one I loved. He took me to so many different areas mostly in Elk Grove and a few places in Sacramento. He also was available at any time of day and on weekends even after I bought the house. I had a few issues when I first moved in and he was there to help me out. I was so impressed with his timeliness and kindness, and he would stop whatever he was doing to help me. That's impressive and I don't know too many people who would do that even after a sale. Kirk's knows so much about real estate and home maintenance it's unbelievable! If I want to sell my house I definitely will ask Kirk to do it for me.
