This company is just there to make money by using collection scare and by credit ruin of good people who work whole life to do right thing.My health insurance did not pay Hanford Surgery Center, because doctor office did not get pre approval for routine procedure and KCS try to collect money from me while according to my insurance I didn’t owe any money for that service and KCS put on my credit that money I did not owe.Terrible way to collect any money to threaten to collection and ruin credit, you owe or don’t they don’t care but in my case I did not pay and my insurance pay as favor to me but I was dragged and bothered for nothing.Both Hanford Surgery center and KCS are awful businesses.

They slammed my credit file twice for the same account, dropped my credit score significantly and the account wasn’t even mine! They are impossible to deal with on the phone & the person whose account it was they blocked efforts to collect. Very shady organisation…If you are looking for a reputable company for collections this is not it!!!

Horrible customer service, they seem to want to argue instead of helping you get whatever the debt is paid off. I recieved a letter from them saying they would accept 50% of the debt owed to pay it off but when I called they said they would accept $90 less than the total amount but it wouldn't take it off my credit as paid .

Very rude people seems as if they are aiming for confrontation from the get go by the tone in their voices.

Awful experience I had a debt I was disputing and I had the pleasure of speaking to Samantha she called me several times asking for me to pay the debt in full and I should use my Tax refund to pay it off!!! Also asked if I was married and wanted his name and number lol wth is going on She also mentioned that she was told to use these tactics from her supervisor!! Shame on you all totally disgusting

I at least thought they get to the bottom of things, but they do not I've paid my debts with them a year ago an they still won't put in that I've even settled this payment ,it's killing my credit options.its not right they ought to be ashamed of there selves. Just no dam good!!!

Horrible service. Made it hard pay off debt.Payed off debt. Would not report that I payed off to the credit bureau. Don’t give them a penny! It will not help your credit.
