Staff members seem nice & I was able to get directions from an employee after walking into the wrong building. The wait time isn’t long if it’s not busy but I feel like you sit here for awhile on those days. A lot of chit chat you can over hear from some of these employees yet I know you should keep it professional be mindful you might hear some other issues personally by them as you wait if you get what I mean. But they were helpful.

TRASH management that doesn't communicate and is super unreliable. The program manager I talked to especially. Individual workers are fine, but the management is absolutely abysmal. It's no wonder they can't operate correctly. Sad state of affairs for everyone.

It's okay the service is decent, and I didn't have to wait long, but that is because I didn't have to see worker or anything I recommend doing everything online and then just going to drop off paperwork and pick up stuff. I was always called under 30 minutes if I did have to go inside. You can make most appointments on the phone, which was much faster.

Place is bigger and looks nicer. Hopefully they continue and keep making it look nice I hope they get more help so you don't spend all day there. The time spent there has been cut down and the workers are kind and help. I haven't dealt with any rude workers yet that's good. They do send out a lot of paper letters kills alot of trees helpfull they make changes there like the new computers they have now.

No staff accountability! Uneducated and poorly trained staff.

I do not receive any services from Kings county! Yet, their automated timecard system has been calling my number for over a year. I have called repeatedly asking them to remove my number from their system. It is very rare that anyone will answer the phone and their voicemail is always full. I have to call over and over and over again throughout the day before I get an answer.

The staff members state, they cannot remove my phone number without the case number associated with it. Because I Do not receive any services from Kings county, I do not have a case number.

I do not receive services from IHSS, neither, am I employed by IHSS, nor have I ever been.

Even after I was finally able to speak with a supervisor, who stated she would remove my number, it still has not removed.

Someone in IHSS put my phone number into the system, therefore, they should be able to delete it, if they choose to do so. I am tired of the harassment and abuse of the automated system. Staff members willfully refuse stop it.

I am going to contact the Kings County Board of Supervisors, my assemblyman, and my congressman. Additionally I'm going to initiate legal action against Kings County Public Authority and the IHSS, in order to have a judge force them, to remove my number from their system.

Oversight is nonexistent in the human services IHSS Department. The employees have become far too comfortable in their complacency.

These people are there to serve the public interest. Many of their clients are among the most vulnerable in our society. Yet we can't trust them to do the right thing.

Friendly and fast service. Jennifer from w2w went out of her way to help me, I'm so thankful. She's understanding and caring and professional. I was hungry she gave me from her own lunch and office lunch. all the workers I saw were friendly and welcoming.
