HORRIBLE!!! I have been going thru them for almost 5 yrs and finally Feb 28th paid my car off was told me title would be sent out that I'll have to wait 2 weeks. So did just thaf and still not tired and I called back and got told my title was sent out March 11th. Here it is April 9th I called AGAIN and was told that they can send out another one or a lean that I can take into the DMV to get a new title which I will have to pay for because they're not sure what happened. Mind you I dealt with nothing but BS with them for 4 yrs now just stress after stress. I would be just a couple days away from pay day and they didn't care they just shut my car right off. 😒to save yourself from a headache do NOT go thru them.

I could be a negative Nancy and put all the reasons why this does not deserve five stars, but because of my health reasons, they have been very understanding with extending my payment dates at times, so the five star comes from never cutting my car off while I’m driving my grandkids around And always willing to assist me

Update...... April 23rd.
My vehicle has been paid in full. They sent me the title to the vehicle they claimed I made late payments on for over 2 years. Now, they are reporting on my credit that I am 30 days late for the month of April. I just called to speak to a manager, and they hung up on me. I called back, and Jackie got on the phone and said she needed to refur my account to upgrade management so they could fix the inaccurate reporting. Then she said, "you need to dispute the inaccurate reporting to Experian." I asked if they just wanted to do the right thing and fix their mistakes, and she said,"NO you have to dispute the inaccurate reporting, and when we get notified, then we will "fix" it.

It's time for a class action lawsuit. I have an attorney who will take the case. If you see this and have been ripped off by these crooks, we can help.

I have NEVER missed a payment. This company has reported negative on my credit since day one. My car is PAID OFF, and this company is playing games and slow playing. They are still reporting that I owe over 7,000.00 for a 2006 Toyota Prius that I purchased in 2019. Do the math, 11,000.00 my payment was 358.00 a month for 45 months. These people are crooks. STAY AWAY........ Hey Erika, I'm waiting for a response.

Money hungry sharks that will try to make the situation worst any way possible. Doesn’t have compassion.I was late by 100$ and the time I get paid they are closed so I have it in my “notes” that I pay them the morning after pay day, they proceed to cut my car off when I made a slight pull over and my family and I were stranded. They know I was going to pay them the next morning but decided not to wait but cut my car off mid trip to quartz hills. I’ve started back playing wit them now when they get to harrasing you about payment make them wait a lil longer 😂or tell them how u spending money but will pay them after they always get mad about that 💯 0/5 stars this company lucky I needed a car nd had no help.
Just seeing more reviews I agree Britany is the rudest person I’ve never met she makes snappy comments about your situation and sometimes the comments are borderline $h!t talking, very rude lady

I am a disable military Veteran mom who is on a fixed income. I set an automatic payment with King of Credit Financial for my vehicle and they never seem to take the money on the date that is contracted. Not only have they have repeatedly not taken the payment for my vehicle loan I have be hung up on twice when I have called to complain. When I try to look them up on the BBB they are not even listed. This company is unethical, unprofessional, and customer service sucks. They took an unauthorized payment which left my account in the negative. When I complained they reversed the charges leaving my account still in the negative, me in a hardship and now I have to wait 3-7 business for the refunds to appear in my account. This isn't right and I the consumer shouldn't have to suffer. What should have been discussed was a payment arrangement not an unauthorized payment taken by there representative. I regret doing business with Palmdale, CA Camacho Auto Sale.

Can't be trusted. They make stuff up to keep your money. I spoke to 2 reps and the story kept changing as to why they kept my money. Even though I had followed up 3 times In 10 years, they still decided to make up reasons for keeping my money. And Jennifer is the worse she has a nasty attitude.

I bought a car from them over a year ago and I haven’t had any issues with the car it’s a great vehicle. Due to the pandemic I’ve lost clients left and right, Brittany is my account representative and she’s always kind and ALWAYS GOES THE EXTRA MILE!!! I have been late numerous times and have never had my car shut off or repoed! I have great communication with Brittany and she’s waived my late fees when I’ve been late, I got hit hard due to Covid and she worked with me on the payments and helped me when other car lots only wanted to repo my car! I’ll say it again communication is everything and I always call Brittany when I’m going to be late and she works with me not against me, and she’s never been rude to me even when I was struggling to keep my business open she worked with me so I wouldn’t lose my car, I was able to skip a few months until I was working again! I am so happy with Brittany and the sales people that got me into my car! I plan to go back to them when I’m ready for my next vehicle. Thank You Camacho I will definitely send anyone looking for a car without a huge down payment, even though I have bad credit and a prior repo they still worked with me! In the face of this pandemic I’ve lost a lot of clients and doing really bad but Brittany never shut my car off not once!!! Go to Camacho for your next car or truck they have a huge selection, and the best sales managers who will work hard to get u approved! Thanks again!!!
