I have to say one thing this is t my favorite branch I been to others but this one just has the best customer service and they stand out i only have seen there . They always update me about house alone and car loans. There need to be more people like this working customers service

They have helped us any questions we have whether they be about investments, business accounts, or simply opening an personal account. Wonderful experience, Denise and Ruth have exceptional customer service. My dad and I stopped by to get our car refinanced and it went without a hitch. And they were very accommodating. Would recommend this branch to my friends and family any day.

I don't go often. The customer service representatives are very professional but there are other things that need attention and they are limited in what they can do, yet have to be the "middle man" for everything. The last two times the 24 hour access door was not working. That should be fixed promptly. The ATM machine was malfunctioning. There has to be a faster way to address problems when they arise. Outside of this, communication by phone (corporate) is frustrating.
