I’m so happy I made a visit today. Evelyn was amazing! She helped me today with a car loan and account and made my experience so enjoyable. Car buying isn’t something that’s stress free when it comes to dealers and loans and she definitely put all my nerves at ease 😌. I have been a customer of a major bank for almost 7 years.
Recently, I decided to explore other opportunities and options, and somebody told me about Kinectca.
I have been at the Torrance-Skypark branch, and... WOW.
The first time, I opened an account with Carlos Perez. The second time, today, Evelyn Flores took care of my banking, updating my app, etc.
Both times, I was taken care of with professionalism, dynamism, friendliness, and a can-do attitude by Carlos and Evelyn. Both Carlos and Evelyn are fully bilingual, knowledgeable, and truly service oriented.

My comparison points are two major banks (with red color logos) in which the only thing they do for me is work my money, pay me almost zero interest rates, and show no flexibility to help me reach my financial goals.
I am glad I moved part of my savings to kinecta.
I feel my money is safe with Kinecta.

Kinecta is a fantastic bank with a wonderful group of associates and bankers that really have your best interests in mind. Every person there is always kind, attentive, and consistently helpful. I went there today with a few questions, and Carla, Nathan, and Emi were there to assist me right away with patience and understanding. Great bank and even better people working there, 10/10 recommend!

Best guest service I've had in a very long time. The new ATM lobby is safe and really secure at night, its indoor, only accessible with atm card entry at night so I feel very safe making deposits at night which is so important. The building is fresh, clean and new. They have semi private booths for financial services like CD accounts and opening accts etc... the ambiance is calm, but productive. I felt as ease and not rushed in making financial decisions. Evelyn's service was so good we opened an account for my 13yo and she gave him tips to eventually start building credit etc... she was so informative and patient. Financial literacy is so important for young men to learn. I highly recommend her and this location. They have a coffee/tea/hot chocolate machine that I really appreciated because if there was a wait I didn't mind as I sipped coffee and listened to the motown music. It was an overall enjoyable experience.

I took my 14 year old daughter in to set up a checking account so that she could get used to accounting for her own money and Nathan was amazing!! He was super patient and he took the time to speak to her as an individual and made sure that she understood everything. I would highly recommend this branch!!! Thank you Nathan!!
