Diana E. went above and beyond to help me today! This was my second call to Kinecta today and Diana checked with management to figure out a way to help me after the first call I made couldn't. She resolved everything and put my mind at ease knowing the issue wouldn't be a problem. She put me on her calendar to follow up with over the next couple of days to make sure there were no issues or fees assesses. She even followed up with a personal email ensuring me everything would be resolved. This type of service is so unusual these days. I spoke with Diana Escobedo over the phone and got excellent customer service. I originally called to make sure my address was updated as I have moved recently. After helping me with my change of address, She informed be about the liquid certificate and how I can be making more money with my money. (No brainer lol) after helping me move my money I was very happy with the experience and service I received. 110/10.

I have been a Kinecta member since they were Hughes Federal Credit Union; throughout the years, not only have I done my banking through Kinecta, but also have most of my family members banked with Kinecta. In the past year and a half, I’ve been dealing with a terrific Kinecta representative, Diana Escondido, and she has not disappointed me whatsoever in assisting me with my banking needs. Diana has helped several times in setting up Liquid Certificates, 3-month certificate, and CDs for me and my family.
