I have been a member for over 15 years. I went in to open a new certificate and was greeted by Awilda, who had Sandro assist with the process.
He was genuinely happy, and friendly. He reviewed my account and gave additional information.
We went on to speak about a possible auto loan/ personal load to which he then gave me his card if I ever need further assistance.

Sandro has been so helpful!! I had to visit the branch to figure out my loan options for a car, and Sandro very throughly went over all my options. He had my best interest in mind and explained the difference of each one. I continued to book appointments with him throughout my journey of getting a car and car loan. He did my loan paperwork for the car and made the process less stressful. Sandro was great at checking in over the phone and through email from the start. Been a member for 30 yrs, had an issue with a check being improperly filled out and they were more interested in charging me a return check fee instead of providing customer service. Time for a new bank.
