Worst Kinecta! I ever been to!!! No type of customer service! Was helped by Jasmine and I wanted my appt to be over! Didn’t cross a word during my whole experience sitting there.. I felt very akward sitting there not speaking!! Will never come back here! No one smiles! As a banker sitting down a simple Convo would make it easier for a customer to sit there 40 minutes instead of feeling like it was 5 hours!! Worst experience ever! Why be a banker!! “how are you” would be nice… Next time I’ll go to manhattan beach!

I've banked here for about 10 years and I'm sad to say I left the bank due to the following: My checking and savings account were frozen without my consent, without my knowledge and without the bank reaching out to me prior to do so. I only found out since I called in when my debit card was declined. I missed my Credit Card payment, total due was 160.00; turns out the bank has the authority to freeze your hard earned money with ouy contacting you, without notifiying you. They will hold all your money hostage until the CC montly payment is due. I understand a late fee for missing a payment, but to freeze your customer account without contacting them first, well no bank should have this much power over OUR money, I closed my accounts and removed all my money from this bank.

I really enjoy coming to this branch for the service here is awesome and just so welcoming. I really had a great experience yesterday with Marlene Pollack whom assisted me witha car loan application. She was very knowledgeable and so professionally prompt. I was on my lunch break unbeknown to her had limited time. Marlene knocked out my application and reviewed a refinance for me. Marlene even caught a mistake from the Dealer and assisted me with speaking to the dealer to get my contract corrected. She had great knowledge
Of her product and assisted me with an add or two to be protect my investment. Hopefully Marlene is still around or someone just as awesome for my future loan applications there.

While I'm here a big thanks to Eric, Lorena, and Brittany whom have also provided me with outstanding assistance over the years.

I was her trustee; thereby, timely fiduciary actions were warranted during the four months of my "temporary residency" in California.
