I went to Kinecta this morning to inquire about some personal banking questions that I had. Questions that I was not sure they would be able to assist me with at a branch.

I was assisted by Sara, who has helped me at the branch at least 5 times in the past. Not only was she able to answer my questions, but she also provided me with valuable information on banking that I was not aware of prior to my visit.

Every single time I have been assisted by Sara, I have been beyond impressed with her kindness, professionalism and ability to articulate how things work. To the Kinecta executive leadership team -- you have an absolute gem of an employee in Sara at the Brea branch. She is the epitome of what I would look for in an employee if I ran my own organization. Thank you, Sara!

Kinecta is conveniently converting checking accounts to ProtectPlus beginning to charge users $10/month for services that weren’t asked for. What Chase users were wary of happening to their accounts is becoming the reality for Kinecta users. Good luck trying to get on the phone with a representative as I’ve been on hold for the past 50 minutes with zero end in sight.

We met with Sara today and she was very helpful and professional. She made the process of opening a membership account very easy and painless. The branch was also really clean and we were helped right away. We will definitely be back to this branch!

The worst experience. I have been trying to open my daughter's account since April! Passed from one " customer service rep" to another, it's now July 19th and I still do not have debit cards for either account. How has it been so hard to open a simple checking account? The lack of actual customer service is crazy.

Great service from Virginia today at The Brea location. She took her time with me and answered all my questions. They work hard at this branch. It is very busy on Saturdays and they are doing a lot with a small number of people.

The frustration and disappointment with this institution is unreal. Customer service is non existent and you’ll be sent to call holding purgatory for a minimum of an hour. I’ve had better, more responsive service with the VA.

In the event you do make it through the nightmare and are able to speak with someone, your request goes unresolved, requiring another trip through call holding hell.

This has literally been the scenario every time I’ve had to deal with Kinecta. A simple task such as having daily co-op limits increased should not be an all day ordeal.

Worst bank in existence, go in and two of the 3 employees are helping people. The third hanging out in a office on the side sees that I'm there and just ignores my presence. More people show up do there is now a 10 person line. Lafy I the office with the congratulations balloons finally starts stumbling their way to the desk. Doesn't seem to know what they are doing. Then I learn their system. Is down, which it's always down, everything I come in for a new card the system is down. It's like the McDonald's ice cream machines. Always broken. Clearly it's time to find a bank that at least acts like they care about their customers.

Phone Representative needs to be replace. They asked a bunch of questions before helping you with a simple request, I felted rush the entire time of the call and the lady who help me was very pushy. I hope they do record their calls so they know how they’re treat there members. Formal complaint file as well. If your in customer service and don’t want to help customers or are making it to complicated then get a new job, let someone with better skills do the job.
