Where do I even begin. Kevin & Johnathan are some of the best realtors in San Francisco! Kevin did an absolutely fantastic job on helping us buying our home. There are so many things that stand out about their process. First, if you’re a new buyer they have an arsenal of documentation and guides that help you understand the process, the local neighborhoods, what to look for and more. As well as a wealth of knowledge accumulated over years and years in this industry. Secondly, Kevin & Johnathan are so well regarded, every time we visited an Open House and mentioned their names, we received positive reactions from agents - who knew of their work, a great perk in such a competitive environment like San Francisco, where it helps to be represented by such well-networked realtors. Thirdly, Kevin’s background is quite unique he’s skilled in a number of areas, not least home renovation, property law, property selling and buying amongst a number of other things - Kevin is so on the ball with documentation that needs signing, explaining what everything means and making sure you’re in the absolute best position as a buyer and a seller (depending on who they represent). Lastly and probably my most favorite is how much they care and are so passionate about this space, you can tell immediately the difference between realtors who are just trying to get you to buy any home and K&J - who genuinely invest in your needs and your lives and want you to just be happy. As well as this they are incredibly home renovators and their passion for this comes through in leaps and bounds, they’ll be able to tell you the exact estimation for any work that needs doing, so you’re not caught out buying a home that’s actually $100-200k over asking for you to even move in. They also know everyone in the city when it comes to businesses and contractors to get the right materials you will need once you buy a place.

I miss working with Kevin! I would buy another house just to spend more time with him and Raffi! Haha. (Not Joking!)

Kevin and Jonathan are just fantastic! They did truly exceptional job of selling my property in Portola Valley, CA. It was very tough project: unfinished development, which got to the point of building permit, but never completed as I had to move out of the state for a new job. In order to market such a project Kevin and Jonathan needed to understand all the nitty gritty of it, including permit process, the status of all engineering documentation and the value of it.
They did thorough due diligence on all the paperwork, dove deep into project details; produced marketing materials of outstanding quality; handled a variety of offers and multiple negotiations with prospective buyers and closed the sale at my target price making all parties happy.
I highly recommend Kevin and Jonathan for complex, extraordinary projects which require lots of preparation, negotiations and other hard work form realtors. Plus they are so positive, energetic and fun, that the whole experience working with them is a joy!
