Greatest insurance company I’ve had. Jossellin is amazing an she is such a sweetheart! She is always so professional, and is a fantastic example of how a customer service agent should be.
Her positive energy is so appreciated. You can tell that she truly cares about assisting her customers the best she can. She is so knowledgeable, and if there’s something she isn’t sure on, she’ll go to great lengths to find the answer for you. She is so understanding and knows that life happens, but doesn’t look at you differently because of it. She will work with you as best she can. She really goes above and beyond to make sure you have what you need, what you can afford, and she doesn’t make you feel like you are a burden. Every time I have questions about my insurance I call and ask to speak with her directly, due to her making such a wonderful impression every time I call. She is the only insurance agent that I’ve had that calls you back when she says she will and always keeps me up to date when I’m in need of answers. Thank you for everything you do!

Very Good Customer Service ... I called and Felipe was a good help and then when we finally get in to sign up it was Josh who helped us and he's very good too. They even offerred free cold soda and water to take home if you get thirtsty while driving. I will surely recommend them to my friends and family.

Just left Kerry’s Auto Insurance Company and I Literally Been With Them For Years Buying Policy’s But Today Would Most Definitely Be The Last Time I’m Dealing With Them I Didn’t Like The Girl I Never Dealt With Attitude She Only Gave Me One Option To A Company I Never Heard Of And Wasn’t Trying To Get Me Any Better Price’s I done paid a whole year and 6 months in advance for Policy and Today I Just Wanted A One Month Policy And She Couldn’t Help Me With That I Even referred Them To Two People That Have Policy With Them I’m Not Recommending Them To Another Soul You Don’t Do Loyal Customers Like This

I've been coming here for about 3 years getting my insurance from these guys the two brothers that run the place are amazing always got a positive attitude and always going the extra mile to take care of me, my daughter likes going here to the guys are so nice to her they are always offering soda water on hot days and I see how they treat their staff with respect. My family all goes here to get their insurance I have seen them growing business and it is well deserved they will do what it takes to find the right insurance for a great price 2NE1 I recommend this place.
