We get our taxes done every year at Kenny Ong's. 3 years ago I started my own personal business and now we get our taxes done there with a gal named Claudia who does business accounts. She is professional, efficient, personable, and smiles, even at this very busy time of year. Their prices there are also very reasonable. I highly recommend them!!!

Thank you very much for your assistance you provided for me today. You went above and beyond my expectations. Due to a surgery I had, I was doing my taxes late. I called to see if I could go earlier than my appointed time and the office staff said yes. I got out early out of my physical therapy appointment and was hurting. As soon as I was dropped off by the front door, a young man, member of their staff went to meet me by the car to assist me due to wearing a boot and trying to get my crutches off. I didn't get the young man's name but I want to say "thank you" very much for your assistance and great customer service provided. The staff behind the desk also ask if I needed help with anything. Kenny Ong Financial Services, you should be very proud of your staff. I thank you again for your kindness.

I’ve had so much trouble trying to get anything done when I call. I called back in January to get quotes for home insurance policies. My current policy was expiring in March. I was told someone would call me back in 7-10 business days. I called back in February and was told nobody had worked on my requests and an urgent email would get sent out and I would get a call back in the next few days. I said I appreciate it thank you and waited. I called back at the end of February and the same response. The person in charge of my account hadn’t worked on it and an urgent email would get send out (again). NOTHING.. called back March in asked to just send me the declaration pages of my policies to call around myself. I was told I would get them emailed. NOTHING was done. I call back today.. asked to be put on hold just so they could send me the declaration pages & confirm I got them, and the person can’t seem to log in and said she would call me back. I have been with this company for 2-3 years, and in the past they were great. But the last 3 months I haven’t been able to get anyone to help me out! Currently waiting for a call or an email & My polices expired last week.

Kenny is an absolute Godsent. We completely messed our taxes up and we were very stressed and concerned with our taxes. We were expecting to be in his office for an hour or two but we were in and out of there in 20 minutes to a half hour.
