Went to Kenly Ford for software updates on my truck and brake work while it was at the shop. Also had a TSB completed here after requesting the Wilson dealership to complete this work. I requested info 3 times from Lee with no response, and finally went to Kenly where they got on this right away. The service advisor Taylor was very helpful and responded quickly to resolve the issue within a day.

My most recent vehicle purchase was seamless and swift. I always have as much prepared beforehand as possible; financing, payoff, etc. The salesman, Jordan, was perfect in every aspect and very much appreciated. The dealership didn’t have the exact vehicle I wanted, but he found it, went to get it himself, and had it ready for me to sign & accept delivery the same day. You cannot get a better guy! The only thing that I wasn’t pleased about was the fact that I had prequalified thru Ford Motor Credit and that was my known preference for financing, yet whomever is in charge of that aspect ran my information thru 4 other banks. While I understand they may have been trying to get a different percentage rate on monthly terms, that was unnecessary because my mind was already made up and I communicated that with Jordan. I would still purchase from them again and intend to in the future. I would rather buy from a local business than a corporation. All in all, 10/10 recommend Kenly Ford and Jordan Kornegay.

Recently had an experience with this dealership and I usually don't give reviews, but this one was so good I have to. This dealership received a phone call from me and after a brief explanation of what I needed they treated me like I had had been a customer for a long time. They picked up a vehicle for me, checked it out and their service department gave me a diagnostic review in the same day unbelievable. If you're thinking about buying a new Ford or if you need service, this is a place to go. These guys are awesome thanks, Jeff. Thanks, Bobby.
