We bought our first house with Kendra, and it was the best experience. The housing market in Los Alamos is complex, but Kendra is very knowledgeable. She’s been in the area her whole life and knows a ton about all the different neighborhoods. We worked with her for five months and she was always available to show us a house or answer our many questions. It felt like we were working with an old friend. Kendra helped us sell our Los Alamos house when we moved away, we were not in town for any part of the selling process. Kendra recommended an excellent stager, and the pictures made the house look amazing and we had several, over asking price offers, within a week, that was the easy part.

The events over the course of the next several months is what earned Kendra this 5-star rating. The buyer's lender was a nightmare bank and the buyer's agent was only part time and seemed pretty hands off. Kendra took it upon herself to communicate with the buyer's lender for updates and to keep the process moving forward, even when the buyer's agent did not. Kendra also communicated with our lender and agent to provide updates, to ensure our purchasing deal here did not fall through.

I feel Kendra went above and beyond what she had to do, and the commitment she demonstrated in selling our Los Alamos house, I believe is one of the few reasons we were able to buy the house we live in now. I would recommend Kendra to anyone looking to buy or sell a house in Los Alamos and/or White Rock.
