Kendall grew up here so it was great working with someone who really knows the area and where good places to live are vs which streets I should stay clear.
He was very quick to respond to all my questions, and would often drop whatever he was doing in order to go show me a house. He even came to pick me up to look at houses with him when I didn't have a car.
He worked for eight months with me, constantly looking at houses, and he was so patient and genuine. I know we would have found a place sooner but the whole Pandemic housing boom really made purchasing a house difficult. Regardless, I think any other realtor would have stopped working with me at that point because it was a loss of money/time. But not Kendall. He truly cares about the people he works with. He isn't just trying to make money and sell a house. He is trying to find you a home.
He is so wonderful to work with, going above and beyond, that I recommended him to my parents and my inlaws. My parents already purchased a GREAT house through him, despite the housing boom, and it was all over the phone without them ever even seeing the place. He is that good.
