People out there, please I beg you please do not. I don’t care how desperate you get please do not get a car insurance any type of insurance from this company not only do they want to charge me $10 to cancel. They’re not honest I have to keep giving them my mailing address. They want to charge me $10 a month because I will not pay in advance. I have been quoted three different amounts if I can give a person my paycheck just so they will not sign up with this car insurance. Trust me I will do it. These people are a rip off. They are no good very very dishonest. I am going to try my best to get an interview on TV with the news to let them know what rip off this company is I would never in life refer this company to anyone I don’t care if you don’t have a job if you’re on some kind of assistance, please do not get that desperate and sign up with this company. They are literally fraudulent. This is the perfect definition for fraudulent. I wish they had a minus star because they are 101 minus they’re not even worth one star at all. I am sick to my stomach. My blood pressure is through the roof people. It’s not worth it. Your health is more important. Do not waste your time with this company.

I had a Commercial Auto policy (California) when I was rear-ended on the freeway in traffic. There were three vehicles involved. First car hit the car behind me, who then hit me, therefore, I was not at fault in this situation. The accident occurred on 3/11/24 and to date, I have yet to receive any funds to fix the $14k worth of damage to my one and only work van. The rear doors are not able to lock and since I carry nearly $100k worth of equipment in the van, I've been forced to sacrifice using the van as my equipment would definitely be stolen.

The insurance adjuster handling my claim has changed at least three times in that 9 months, I continue to get letters in the mail, essentially stating they "still investigating the claim". Even if you do call, you're not actually going to speak to anyone, you'll get sent to voicemail and you're lucky if they call back at all. They don't care, they'll gladly take your money every month, but when you need them to provide the service you pay for, they're not around.

The bottom line is, this isn't an insurance company, it's quite literally a scam center. They take money and provide nothing. My business has suffered tremendously due to not having a van and being forced to use a pickup truck, greatly limiting my ability to do my work.

If you're considering paying for a policy with Kemper, I would highly suggest you look elsewhere, especially if it's for a work vehicle. You'd be better off throwing the money into the garbage and lighting it on fire.

Every single employee at Kemper, from the top all the way down, should be investigated for fraud. If any employees of Kemper read this, understand there is a special place in hell waiting for you. I hope you get what's coming to you, it's more than deserved.

Worst insurance service... filed a claim bc one of there insured drivers ran into me and it was obvious but they took a whole 2 months to grt bsck to me after calling back to back to back every week marieya roman is no good shes always forwards calls i do not recommend and if you get into an accident with one of there clinets you better off trying to fix it yourself bc they will try to mske any way for it to be youre fault

Filed a claim over a week ago. Was told someone would contact me in 1 business day. I called, left VMs, emailed and 10 days later we’re still waiting on service. Customer service is not a priority.

I personally been with this company for over 6 years, and on August 23 2024 I hit a coyote they took the car a few days before labor day it is now Sept 23 2024 and still no car the appraiser has to approve the cost of the parts to b replaced, I have full coverage and they can't provide a rental, I called and they said i have to add it to my policy... but a few years ago I had a different car and it was getting fixed from the wiring harness and they provided one but now they can't... I SUGGEST YOU LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE IF U WANT A GOOD INSURANCE THAT CARES FOR YOU AND NOT YOUR MONEY.

Good morning. I had an accident recentely. Someone named SHONIE called to get my statement. First of all, I have not received any questions or any apparent concerns about my state of health. She didn't ask if I was okay, if I got injured or whatever. It was a small accident, my car doesn't even need repair, only the other car will need some repair. But that SHONIE girl was extremely rude and with a bad attitude towards me, as if she were talking to a criminal, as if I were her enemy. I don't pay cheap for my insurance, I pay almost 300 dollars a month! To receive this type of treatment the only time, in four years, that I needed insurance? Anyways, as soon as this policy expires, in two months, I will absolutely not renew it.
