My family and I were relocating back to AZ from out of state without time to fly in to look at properties. Kelly sent us listings, viewed them for us and found us the perfect home. We enjoyed working with Kelly Jensen of KJ Realty! He did a great job; he listed our house well over what that 72 something company wanted to list at, and he got our asking price in less than 36 hours. Kelly is the Best! I talked to few agents and brokers before connecting with Kelly and he had my confidence from day one. He was willing to travel all over the valley with us to look for houses and he found us an amazing new build that was perfect for us and well bellow what we were willing to spend. On top of that he negotiated and got us grass, an upgraded fridge, backsplash, extra length on our island, and extra length in our garage. We had a buyer for our home and ran into a problem with the home we were buying when the appraisal came in lower. The seller wanted to back out but Kelly stepped up and got the deal closed for us. It was nerve wracking but Kelly got it done. GREAT JOB!
