My husband and I bought a home this past spring with the help of Garret Gebhart from Keller Williams of Southern Arizona. We are first-time home buyers, and despite typical nerves of buying a home, Garret made it a truly awesome experience. He was easy to work with, respectful, communicative, and helped us put together a fair and balanced offer. We had travel planned during the home inspection process, and he did a great job helping us while were overseas (9 timezones apart, no less!). I highly recommend Garret and Keller Williams of Southern Arizona!

Kristina H. is the best agent I ever met. I will go to her if I ever need to purchase property and I referred her to my family members. She is critical thinker, fair, in-compliant, best note-taker, problem solver-I bought a better house because of her. She solely thinks of her client's needs, and how her client get the best of deal-not just the % commissions.

I hope they'll make a million of her. She is the best!!

Working with Chris on purchasing my first home was an amazing experience! I went into the process nervous but Chris helped alleviate me of those nerves by talking about the process and answering all my questions. Chris got a feel of what I was looking for and did his due diligence. After looking at a few houses I hadn’t seen anything that I fell in love with but Chris kept looking and found a home that I loved. As we started moving on in the process Chris was amazing at keeping in contact and consistently updating me and answering all my questions! Honestly a great all around experience as a first time home buyer!

During due diligence I discovered the "remodel" work wasn't done by a licensed contractor. Also, that the home I was purchasing had several code violations. I was told to put together everything to submit to the buyer for a response. Everything I sent is in writing, the seller's response- not in writing. The conversation between my agents & I; on the phone, not in writing. Now, I am stuck with a "newly remodeled" home I purchased that is actually in a CONDEMNED condition. On several occasions while speaking wiht my agent's I said there are code violations and unlicensed contractor's work in the home. Instead of guiding me on what I should do to protect myself in the purchase of this home, I was advised to "ask for a home inspection." Once that document was received I was told the buyer would knock of a paltry amount. NOW, I am stuck where I was misguided and not informed enough and am going to be tied up in litigation for the next 2 years. LITERALLY it would have been as simple as putting all the things I identified into the BINSR because I AM NOT OK with buying a house with code violations, but I mistakenly though my agent would help me protect myself. Instead, all further communications were performed by phone and I have no documentation showing the seller's responses- only my admissions showing I knew the house was a code violation and my agent saying "we can ask for an inspection" even though he ad already received the inspection document in an email 12 DAYS earlier. My advise, hire a lawyer as well as these agents just to be sure you buy a house that isn't condemned.
