We contracted Lanxi to sell two properties in Cincinnati and to help us fill any vacancies in the buildings. He did find a buyer for one of the buildings, and we were eventually able to close near the desired asking price. However, he was really slow updating us on the process and we had to figure out many aspects of the closing process by ourselves. In the entire negotiation process he tried to run his own game without listening to our input and direction.

During the 4 months that we had Lance as our broker, two units became vacant. We had about 40 potential tenants contacted me, and I forwarded their contact info to him, and gave them his phone number.
Several of them contacted me to let me know that he didn’t contact them, never answered his phone nor returned their calls. We are very unsatisfied with his overall performance.

After we fired him, we were able to fill both vacancies immediately.

Tony was excellent start-to-finish while helping me sell a property. He provided an expert's perspective as he handled all the details of the selling process, and answered all my questions along the way. He kept me informed of his progress and he used technology to make the experience as easy as possible, including esigning contracts prior to closing. I also appreciated that he used a professional photographer to put our property in the best light possible. So often in many areas of business transactions, it can be challenging to know who to trust to represent you. I knew that Tony had high integrity before we worked together. After we went through the process of successfully selling our property, he proved over and over that he was trustworthy. I would not hesitate to work with Tony again.

Lanxi Song worked as our property manager for a few months. Several potential tenants contacted us saying that he never answer his phone and that his mail box always were full. He told a one potential tenant that the owner is desperate and it's OK if you have bad credit. Once he called us and asked if we had any friends that could host the open house instead of him.

After failing to find a tenant for 5 months we fired him. When fired he told us that the reason he couldn't rent it out was that it has ghosts in the house. Over all very unprofessional attitude.
