My husband of 31 years passed away suddenly. I was left with overwhelming grief and lack of direction. I was unprepared and knew very little about real estate.

Michael Hall was recommended to me. He handled the sell of my home. He was knowledgeable, informative, and followed through with all my requests. I never felt that he took advantage of my lack of knowledge or my windows grief.

He subsequently handled the sell of my mother's home. (It had been on the market for months -- other agents tried before him) Mr. Hall stepped in and got the job done. My mother and I have moved out of the state but we will never forget the kindness and caring he showed us. He made us feel like he put our satisfaction before the "check or commission".

Keirsten Hossler is amazing and seriously the best person to talk to. She takes the time to answer questions clearly She runs loan scenarios based on the home your considering, as many times as you need. She is never impatient or brash. She makes time to talk and makes sure you are taken care of before hanging up the phone. You can hear her smile through the phone. I can write a long list of how she has gone above and beyond for me. KW Riverside is great! If your close by, pop in with your real estate questions! The only challenge is parking spots. Most of the close spots are occupied by employees in the building.

They have realtors cold calling me house telling me there is a property for sell in my neighborhood and if I know of anyone that would like to purchase a home. Why would you cold call me and ask if I know anyone who wants to buy a home? Am I going to receive any commission for selling your property for you? Very unprofessional in my opinion.
