Beware of Agent Kara Soo from this company. I bought a duplex from this woman. She intentionally concealed and failed to disclose roof leaks that ended up costing us a lot of money ($15k). We repeatedly requested to view the property and she denied us. She would not allow us to inspect it. I thought as a real estate professional, I could trust her word. In hindsight I should have suspected something was wrong. Beware, this person is unethical in her business practices and you will take a big risk buying from her.

My feelings towards real estate agents is about the same as towards lawyers, insurance companies, and bureaucrats, with one exception. I have been impressed with Edward Haneffant more than once. He is not one of those people who does this as a part time hobby. He works hard at this business, and knows his stuff. You could not ask for a friendlier agent who will bend over backwards for you, and bring all the pieces together to make the deal happen. He will go out of his way to find what you are looking for. I would not think of using any other agent for even a minute.

First of all I would like to start when you called the office and started yelling at my dispatcher to book an appointment, was a clue to not service your house.
Second of all you are a real estate agent and it seems like you lie to people on existing problems with their homes and have them buy or sell , what a shame that you are presenting a big company like keller Williams real estate.
I have attached your invoice and a picture of the pan so will be benefit to all of our customers to look at it and judge on who is right or wrong.

A side not Jaguar doesn’t do extortion when I called you yesterday to follow up you told me I will take my review down if you refund me the money. sorry you hit the wrong company.
We pride our selfs in the best of customer service and the best diagnostic in the area.

Brian Martell at this office tied up a property we had listed for 10 days, switched buyers and then promised that Earnest money deposit was going to be deposited and it never was. Very unprofessional and would not use him as an agent in any way. Hope it is not reflective of their office policies. I am a Broker and have been one for 33+ years and this guy has tarnished his office badly.
