If you are a real estate agent considering Keller Williams Drive, I strongly advise looking elsewhere.

During my time as an agent here, there were multiple occasions where my commission checks were delayed—sometimes by days, other times by a week due to “system failures” or oversight by the individual responsible for processing payments. On one occasion, I was informed that checks were left on their desk, neglected for an unreasonable period of time, delaying payments that agents depend on.

After leaving the brokerage, I placed my license on referral status temporarily while searching for a new brokerage. Despite transferring my license out of Keller Williams Drive, I was charged referral status/licensing fees for three consecutive months. Each month, I attempted to contact someone to resolve the issue but was consistently told that no one was available to speak with me, often with the excuse of meetings or other unavailability.

It wasn’t until the third month—after repeated calls and messages—that I finally reached someone. Even then, the responses were dismissive and unprofessional. I was assured the issue would be resolved, yet it took another week of constant follow-ups (including after being charged yet another erroneous fee) before the matter was resolved.

To add context, during this ordeal, I was nine months pregnant and on the verge of labor, dealing with a brokerage that showed little regard for the stress and inconvenience they caused.

As a real estate professional, I cannot in good faith recommend Keller Williams Drive to any agent. The lack of accountability, professionalism, and care for their agents’ time and money is unacceptable. Please consider this review a serious warning before making any decisions regarding this brokerage.

Would not do business with them again. Jason was the listing agent that I am had a problem with. They had a home listed and was very misrepresented. It said it was finished and would be ready for inspection by a specific date, and claimed to have all of these new things. while some of it was true, almost none of it was finished and it had MOLD, open junction boxes, loose wires not connected to anything, the wires that were hooked up were all on the floor. half of the ducting got the ac was torn in half, not connected and had sagging insulation, water leaks(right where the mold was) and tons more. Also had a shed in the back that was HIDDEN ON PURPOSE in the ad, when we had gotten there it was half collapsed due to a tree falling on it. none of the damage under the house that I described earlier was known at the time of out offer which they accepted. after the inspection is where all of that was found(and more, I still have the inspection sheet.) however I still was going to put in a request when they said for no reason they wanted out of the deal. but he wanted half my earnest money. I said if your canceling it for no reason that's fine but you will not get my earnest money. I continued to cancel my loan for the home and everything else that was set up to proceed with the sale. a few days later he says he wants to just go ahead and proceed with the deal. I said no I've already canceled everything, and now they still want the earnest money because I don't want to proceed with the deal. indecisive, unprofessional and flat out not right. I've been arguing this for a month and a half now and they I would have to go to arbitration about it. They shouldn't deserve my earnest money after misrepresenting that home.

Highly collaborative, production-based, and caring culture. Agents who are a part of this brokerage are engaged and create success for one another. Fascinating dynamics that you have to experience to believe! Highly recommended if you are thinking about getting your license, number one in the MLS, and pretty much everyone in between. Specifically if you were looking to grow your business and achieve higher levels of success and you know that people play in important part in that role.

This realtor “claimed” to have my best interest and didn’t, sold my house fast, yes. When it came down to it I got ripped a new one! Sold my house for 40k more than what I paid originally but only profited 3k afterwards? Wow! Then going to buy a for sale by owner they found out about it and MADE me include them knowing I wasn’t happy with their service because they have a money hungry employee. Not to mention hitting on my fiancé while the entire thing was going on “she wasn’t having it btw”. Moral of the story don’t go with Keller Williams drive. I will be contacting the board on them. They have a money hungry crook working for them that you would think wouldn’t be that way
