Sue Miskelly, a Realtor at this office, did an amazing job as my Realtor in the purchase of a townhome. She was extremely responsive and listened to my individual needs in my search for a specific development. She made sure my offer was the first one presented when a property was listed that I wanted. She did an excellent job in negotiating the terms of the transaction. She continued to assist me once the escrow closed. She researched what I needed to know in contacting the HOA about improvements the property needed. I highly recommend Sue Miskelly for all real estate needs, as a listing and buying agent.

Please do yourself a favor and find a different real state agent. I contacted the company just to see a property and it looked like I was begging for a favor. As a client please be more professional next time. Also please hire more educated people. I had the opportunity to talk to Allison Van Wig and it was a terrible experience.
