Haven't received tax return going on 3 months after paying for services. Negligent and unprofessional, haven't returned countless missed calls and emails. 3 years of being a client and I am disappointed in staff and the professional bar they have set has dropped as of June 2024. Forced to hold out on receiving my return and reported for negligence.
