We worked with the Walker Team (Keith & Kris) to buy our first house ! My friend who too bought his first house with Keith, referred to us with a good recommendation. We are so happy that we made the right decision.
Within a month after contacting Keith, we found our dream house and our offer was accepted. We had great communication with the team from the beginning, message or phone call. Kris did a great job patiently showing us houses and explaining (not selling) what's good, what's not good in the house. He provided insights on what alterations can be done and provided rough estimates. This was very useful for us as we almost had zero knowledge in this. He also provided comps estimates and home inspection reports. After we finalized the house, Keith did the talking, a big thanks to him for the negotiation skills, knowledge in house inspection, communication skills to make us understand what we are getting into, and last but not least, his experience & contacts in the field. He clearly explained the inspection reports and costs to fix them. With so many bidders for a house nowadays, it is so hard to get a house in Bay Area unless one had lots of cash which I did not have. Keith came up with a good price based on his internal knowledge and had a good offer presented to the sellers. We hit a speed bump in our process when loan appraisal came up with a low value. We were two weeks already in the offer period, but Keith had magic contacts who were able to quickly process the loan and finish the escrow before the closing date.

We are happy and proud owners of a house in Bay Area and we can't thank the Walker team enough for the same. We highly recommend them if you are buying a house in Bay Area.

Keith & Kris helped us navigate tumultuous times as we found and bought our first home. We interviewed 7 highly rated prospective agents before choosing one and we are so thankful that we ended up choosing Keith & Kris. They were extremely knowledgeable, patient and meticulously thorough throughout the process.

Keith & Kris gave a high level summary of the home buying process then walked us through each step. We were pretty challenging clients to begin with — we didn’t know what we didn’t know and had an extremely large area we were interested in buying a home — but they helped us narrow down our search location & home type by asking loads of questions and really listening to our answers.

When it came time to tour potential homes Keith & Kris were extremely accommodating. They gave us as much time and attention as we asked for and made appointments at every open house we chose - one weekend we saw 20 places! They toured the homes with us offering great insights, proactively sent disclosures for each place we showed interest in, were knowledgeable about local codes and ordinances and even brought out a contractor to help me understand how much certain repairs would cost or what additions could realistically be done to each home.

During the offer process Keith and Kris always had accurate valuations and a great read of the bidding situation for each house. They helped us navigate both multiple bid and counteroffer situations to make sure we offered the best price without us ever feeling pressured. The result was awesome - we got our home for less than it appraised at!

The closing process was very efficient. Keith & Kris walked us through everything and helped keep the process on track to ensure we closed on time & without issue. They checked in frequently and were extremely attentive to our needs.

Their support after the sale really exceeded our expectations - they continued to check in with us while we settled in and helped us navigate the home warranty process when we had a plumbing issue. They have a large network and we’ve been satisfied with every referral they’ve given (from plumbers to loan officers).

We cannot recommend Keith & Kris highly enough - hire them!

Keith and team are the best! We started out trying to sell our home with a different agent and were extremely disappointed with the attention and results.
