Fortunately, we have a local agent, who attended a high school, way back at the end of the 1960’s, who not only places value on academics, but also on character and goodwill to ALL.

He is an example of the people of Bakersfield, who truly care about helping others…like good neighbors should, in this Crazy, Mixed up World of ours!

While many insurance companies have left California, due to several “Catch 22” regulations, making it extremely difficult for large numbers of families to insure their homes, Keith and his local associates are treasures, who do everything possible to ensure that their clients receive trustworthy service at a very reasonable rate.

We will also consider bundling our automobile insurance, with this agency in the future.

This State Farm office has exceptional service and customer care. They are always ready to help. In my most recent "emergency" with a car in need of tow, they found all the solutions to fit my needs without any hesitation from the immediate initial phone call to them to the solution. Even though they were not familiar with our long distance location, Sheri found a source for a towing company while I was on the phone and within minutes I had a scheduled pick-up long distance from their office and my home residence.And their follow through covering our out of pockets expenses was immediate.
