Previousely, I wrote a negative review to express my disatisfaction with the keel Team Mobile Home Park Investing with regard to a mobile home deal I made with them back in March 2024. They could not provide me with the title of the mobile home and it was a nightmare finding someone to help with the situation. I deleted the review becasue as of April 2025, the Keel Team has been acting deligently to solve the issue.

Shortly after my review, they delegated a great Asset Manager by the name of Christi to help with my case. She was AWESOME and very professional on how she engaged with me in all aspects of my case. Keel Team needs more employees like Christi.

Although my case is not fully solved yet, I found it necessary to point out how satisfied I am with the resolution process. I should say that Keel Team should have never let me get to the point of writing the first review in order to take concrete actions into solving the matter. However, because they responded promptly and assigned a great staff member (Christi) to solve the issue, they then deserve praise for that.

Contractor beware. Keep team had my team go the weekend of Christmas to do work on a trailer park in Fremont Ohio.

We completed the work and have been told on three separate occasions that funds would be transferred.

Unfortunately that is not where the story begins. In November we negotiated a contract for some units in southern Ohio, I had a signed contract, secured a bnb for my team on short notice (meaning I could not get a refund) 48 hours before the work was to begin I was contacted by Mason Volkema and told that the contract would not be honored as they had found “someone cheaper” after we already had a signed contract for the work. I was assured that I would get another contract that would make up for the 800 that I was losing due to them canceling the contract. The Fremont job was that job.

I have a hard time believing that a company that claims $100 million in assets can’t pay a contract in a timely fashion. It’s been 45 days and I have been lied to 3 time by Mason. My bnb money was not recuperated as I was promised and the new contract has yet to be paid

I started following Andrew Keel when he purchased a community near where I live. I had the opportunity to watch how he changed the lives of people and the community. This gave me the confidence to invest and Keel Team has surpassed all expectations. He and his team are always current with updates. If challenges arise, they share proactively how they will handle them. I will continue to partner with him in the future.
