I think Charlene is going through something and I hope she gets some help. We had an agreement that she would be helping me with my K-1 earlier this year. After providing her all the documents she asked for, she started behaving very confused about what she was supposed to be doing. I was on a call with her trying to remind her of what we talked about, and she very rudely dropped me as a client on the very last day of taxes being due. Please be careful with her - I would recommend choosing someone else more reliable and professional.

I so rarely will add a bad review. I am usually able to work out issues with those I am working with but unfortunately that was not the case here. As a new business owner, I have been prepping the CPA since November to both inform me of what I can write of on taxes, making plans to reduce tax liability in April, and to get my taxes done as early as possible.

She never seemed to have any time for me to go over everything. She was able to complete my taxes today on April 13th but I notices many discrepancy's. I talked to her today and she didn't want to listen and said multiple times "I am just to busy" and "I have other clients in front of you." When I started to call out the discrepancies, she sounded less than confidant in the info she entered. She than tried to blame my lack of organization as the issue.

The conversation ended abruptly with her, in a shaky voice, saying "I don't think I can help you, you will have to find someone else" and than "click", the phone hangs up.

When people act like this, I think "there must be something this person is going through" and I truly hope she sort out whatever that may be. But, now here I sit, a couple days before taxes are due, without someone to walk me through my complicated tax situation.
