Mark at KDS is above and beyond what you could ask for in a real estate agent. Not only is he experienced and knowledgeable, he’s a great guy. Throughout the whole process he extended his knowledge, resources and honest opinion (when asked), to help us make the most-informed decision possible. He never tried to sell us a building. He was always trying to find the best fit for our needs.

I had the pleasure of working with Martin and Brad who exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond! We choose to work with Larry Webb and KDS every time we make a commercial real estate transaction or consider one. He is patient, knowledgeable, and with out a doubt, the most versed agent in the upstate.
