Since February, I have been waiting for my tax return. I reached out to Marielle several times for updates, and she assured me that she would contact the IRS, but no action was taken. Despite my multiple attempts to get in touch with her, I never received a callback. Eventually, I decided to contact the IRS myself, only to learn that they had never received my tax return. She never submitted my tax return, and I still can't reach her. Based on my experience with Marielle, I cannot recommend this company. I provided her with my last three years of tax returns early on, but she did not fulfill her responsibilities.

As a single-family household, I have been a client of Kayros Multiservices as my tax preparer, since 2021 I feel they are honest they follow the law of the IRS. They are friendly knowledgeable. They have a multitude of services available to you, and they are priced very reasonably. I feel better knowing that once I file my taxes, if anything goes wrong, they will be there to help me through it. I would recommend them for personal services, small business services, and any major corporation.
