From the outset, Ms Block (Kayla) was welcoming, professional and had a very positive attitude. I’m not sure there is a better compliment than to say that within 24 hours of meeting her, seeing the property, discussing the pros and cons, and discussing the best route forward, we had a signed purchase agreement! Yes, she is THAT good!

And, unlike some “service” businesses, it didn’t stop once we’d had made the deal. Her consistently professional follow through was not only appreciated, but such a pleasant surprise we were taken aback.

Indeed, we are now weeks after closing, money has all been settled, yet we are still experiencing positive follow through, from assistance with help from local businesses, charities to which we can provide some of the unneeded home contents, to recommendations for lunch and dinner! Heck, before we set up trash delivery at the new home, she even took our house garbage off our hands!!! Talk about above and beyond!!

If half of the people, let alone businesses, are half as friendly, welcoming and just plain “good people” as Ms Block, then we have not only found a great home at Lake Carroll, but a wonderful community!

My measure of how good a business experience has been is whether I would send my family and friends there on my personal recommendation.
