Our real estate transaction was made easy and smooth with the assistance of Mr. Keith Cawley and the Kay Properties transaction team. From the beginning of the Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) process of obtaining intermediaries, coordinating

My experience with KP&I was made effortless and worry free with all the help and guidance from Jeremy Hudgens and Tommy Olsen. My DST advisors explained in detail the different investment options open to me and how they would work for me. All my questions and concerns were addressed promptly and honestly. In less than a week after closing on my relinquished property I was a happy DST investor. Had I known about KP&I , I would have done this years ago. I just completed an investment into RE Gain Fund which was handled by Eugene Ma and his staff at Kay Properties. It was by far the easiest and fastest investment completion I ever made. I originally got a great education into DST's from the education process that Kay Properties provides at no cost. I'd recommend them to anyone interested in learning or investing into Delaware Statutory Trusts (DST). Kay also provides a catalog of many investment opportunities in various commercial and residential properties to invest in. Check them out online for yourself.
