I am not sure who the women is that I spoke with. It was not Katy. This women is super rude! She assumes she knows what my question is going to be! She interrupted me several times before I could even ask and acted as if my phone call was a nuisance to her! I will not be purchasing from this office! She didn't even bother to ask me anything about me so she could help me further. If you got enough business to treat people the way this women did, I'll take mine elsewhere.

One day last year I stopped by to pay my bill and Katy England met me at my truck...she said she thought I was a different customer that had a truck like mine... that gentleman has difficulty getting out of his truck and she walked out so he wouldn't have to get out....now that is service!!
