I am so glad I found Kathy! We were looking to purchase a new construction home and move in from out of state. Since we were not there in person, Kathy sent us lots of photo and video updates. Kathy is a dream realtor to work with. She got us excited to get our home ready for photos and up on the market. She guided us through what we could expect and was interested in any questions we had. If she was busy and couldn’t answer she let us know it would be a bit and then got us answers back quickly after. She has a genuine interest in what you are looking to do with your home and where you want to head. She willingly shared her knowledge to keep us informed and help us with everything from staging our house for some very spectacular photos to helping us get it under contract and sold. If I could take Kathy with me to help find another home down the road I would definitely do so.

I honestly don't even know where to begin! Kathy has been absolutely amazing since day one. We first met her in 2019 when we were looking at buying our first house. Our closing process took a lot longer than expected, but she was there for guidance and moral support every step of the way! Fast forward to 2021, Kathy was a huge help once again when we wanted to sell our house and move back East! From apple pies to poinsettias, to beautiful homemade house warming gifts- Kathy never failed to disappoint. We are forever grateful for not just an awesome realtor, but a great friend! Kathy is an outstanding realtor. We purchased our first house through her. We were super scared about making the big leap but she was there to hold our hand at every step. She really read combed through the sellers contract and fought to make sure they held up their end of the deal on a few things. Kathy doesn't allow anything less than 100% for her clients. Since she has been an agent in a few states, she REALLY knows what she is talking about. She stays up on the latest home trends and only wants the best for her clients. You will NOT regret using her to purchase your next home!

Kathy was amazing!! She made what is a very stressful process, incredibly joyful. Her knowledge of the area, and experience were obvious form the start and she helped me work through a process I was previously very unfamiliar with.
