Kathy was an absolute delight to work with! It was with great trepidation that I had to sell my dear mother's home after she passed. It was an extremely difficult process for me, personally, but Kathy made everything so easy and essentially effortless on my part. Kathy was exceptionally responsive, even while on vacation! She puts her clients first and is there to answer any questions you may have at any given point throughout the process. Kathy went above and beyond to make sure I was fully represented and made me feel like I was her only seller! There was never a showing that I wasn't made aware of via calls or text messages and I knew my mom's home was safe with Kathy watching! Kathy has a wealth of experience and knowledge when it comes to selling homes in the Lake Travis area and has proven her expertise in countless ways. I would like to take a minute and tell you how happy Chris and I were to have worked with Kathy Anglin to sell our house in Briarcliff. From the time she listed the house, we had a lot of showings and interest. She was available all the time when we had questions. She was awesome at helping us to best sell our home. She is very professional and works very hard to get things done as soon as possible. When we got the offer on our house, it was only eight days in the option period when the buyers decided to finalize everything; the cash offer and closing happened in less than a week. Kathy did a great job helping us with the tasks that needed to be done and closing was a breeze. I can't say that with every closing we have done in the past. I will highly recommend Kathy to any and all that tell me they are interested in buying or selling a home.

Our family was lucky enough to have Kathy with both our new home build and the selling of our home. Kathy is reliable, trustworthy and caring. She went above and beyond for our whole family.
