My wife and I cannot express how pleased we were with having Kate as our agent. We decided to go with her because she seemed so determined to find us a home that we would love. She always told us that there were no stupid questions in real estate and she made sure to support us when were confused about something or needed guidance and clarification. As first time homebuyers, this was vital because we had A LOT of questions.

Kate had tactics to help us make our offers look more appealing to sellers, that worked very well and we were able to get our offer accepted on the house we really liked. Kate was open to our worried and concerns, like not skipping the inspection, which many seem to do currently to make their offer more enticing.

Not only was Kate a wonderful agent but she was phenomenal to work with, friendly, and we’ll miss talking with her so often.
