I have rented from Karon Properties of 10 years and out of the blue they told me I was month to month and the property owner wants to sell the property. Pauline was so eager to list the property she wanted to do a walk through with less than one day notice during Covid. Karon Properties has proven they do not care about tenant rights and I would seriously cation renting or leasing from them. 7/5/2021
